By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must immediately stop using Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services LLC.
1. Eligibility
To use Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services LLC, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have the authority to enter into a binding contract on behalf of your business.
- Provide accurate business and payment information when registering.
1. Service Usage
3.1 Account Registration & Responsibilities
- You must create an account to access our Services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to notify Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services LLC immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
3.2 Acceptable Use
By using Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services LLC, you agree not to:

- Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services LLC is not liable for business losses, legal issues, or reputational harm caused by AI miscommunications or incorrect information.
- AI functionality depends on the quality and accuracy of training data. Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services LLC does not guarantee flawless AI performance.
1. Subscription, Pricing & Payment
4.1 Pricing & Industry-Specific Plans
Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services LLC offers tiered subscription plans, including industry-specific pricing:
- Sales Team Plan (Real Estate, Insurance, & Related Sales Professions):
- $95 per salesperson per month or $1026 per salesperson per year. Businesses must enroll all salespersons in the organization.
- Standard Business Plan:
- $495 per month or $5495 per year for businesses outside the sales industry.
Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services LLC reserves the right to determine plan eligibility based on business type.
4.2 Billing & Payment
- All payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle and are non-refundable.
- If payment is declined, access to Services may be suspended until full payment is received.
- Customers on annual plans who cancel early will not receive a prorated refund.
4.3 Price Adjustments
Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services LLC reserves the right to change pricing at any time with prior written notice. Price changes will take effect at the next billing cycle for existing customers.
1. Pricing and Custom Agreements
5.1 Standard Pricing
- The standard pricing for Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services is listed on our website and reflects the base rates for our AI solutions.
5.2 Custom Pricing & Discounts
- Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services may, at its sole discretion, offer customized pricing, discounts, or promotional rates to certain clients based on individual agreements. These negotiated rates do not alter the standard pricing listed on our website and are provided on a case-by-case basis.
5.3 Non-Transferable Agreements
- Any custom pricing or negotiated rate applies solely to the client to whom it was offered and may not be transferred, shared, or extended to other parties unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
5.4 Limited-Time & Conditional Offers
- Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services reserves the right to modify, revoke, or adjust any special pricing agreement at any time, subject to the terms outlined in the individual agreement with the client.
5.5 Transparency & Compliance
- All pricing agreements will be documented in writing to ensure clarity and mutual understanding. Clients acknowledge that negotiated rates are offered at Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services’ discretion and do not imply a permanent reduction in standard pricing.
1. Free Trial & Cancellation
- Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services LLC offers a free trial (30-60 days) with no obligation.
- To continue using Services after the trial, you must select a paid plan and enter billing information.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal.
- Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services LLC does not offer refunds for partial billing cycles or unused Services.
1. Data Privacy & Security
- Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services LLC follows industry standards to secure data, but absolute security is not guaranteed.
- Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services LLC may store call and chat logs for AI training and service improvement purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection laws when using Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services LLC’s AI solutions.
1. Technical Support & Service Updates
- Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services LLC provides ongoing technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- We continuously update our AI models to improve performance and reliability.
- Scheduled maintenance may result in temporary service disruptions, for which Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services LLC is not liable.
1. Limitation of Liability
- Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services LLC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9.1 Firefly Artificial Intelligence Services LLC is not liable for:
- Business losses due to AI miscommunications, system downtime, or service disruptions.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
- Customer dissatisfaction with AI-generated responses or interactions.
